Established in 1955 and proudly Australian-owned, HI Fraser is a specialist engineering company that has extensive design, documentation, certification, manufacturing, installation and overhaul experience in the oil and gas, defence, rail, commercial marine, industrial, municipal vacuum waste collection and mining sectors.
We have grown to be a multi-faceted organisation that offers a diverse product and service range to customers throughout the Asia Pacific region. Over the last four years, HI Fraser has acquired Philcor, a company that specialises in marine and rail vacuum waste collection and waste treatment systems, and Total Fluid Power, a specialist in control and instrumentation systems for the oil and gas, mining, process and hazardous-area sectors.
High-pressure hazardous gas systems
HI Fraser includes a number of distinct business units employing a combination of expertly trained engineers, technicians and support staff backed up by a robust ISO 9001:2000 management system, ensuring that our products and services are delivered to the highest standard.
HI Fraser is the Australian agent for Hale Hamilton Valves, Marotta Scientific Controls, Air Dry Company, Evac Environmental Solutions, DK Tech Corporation, Sprague Products, BWB Controls, Versa Valves, Nova Swiss, Dr Breit, Iseki Redivac Vacuum Systems and Bosch Rexroth Hydraudyne.
Fluid control systems for the oil and gas industry
With the acquisition of Total Fluid Power in 2006, HI Fraser added expertise in the fluid control field for customers in oil and gas, process, instrumentation and general industries.
Total Fluid Power has now been integrated into HI Fraser as the fluid control division and has grown to include a sales team and additional stock of products in our Sydney head office to service our eastern states customers.
We specialise in the design, manufacture, supply, documentation, installation and maintenance of critical fluid and waste systems. Our company consists of five teams, which are focused on critical fluid and waste systems, where reliability, durability, safety and proven back-up are essential.

Chemical injection skids
HI Fraser can design and manufacture chemical injection skids to your requirements, from single-point to complex multi-point and multi-chemical systems. Our largest system to date has recently been installed and set to work on an FPSO.
Well-head control panels
HI Fraser’s fluid controls division has supplied many well-head control panels for onshore and offshore applications throughout Australia and Asia. Ranging from single valve control through to multiple well slots with multiple-valve Christmas trees, we can build to your requirements.
Chemical-injection and well-head system equipment, spares and repairs
With facilities in Sydney and Perth, HI Fraser is strategically placed to support our customers with extensive stocks of standard equipment and spares, as well as provide lifecycle support through our repair facilities.

Actuators and control valves for the offshore industry
HI Fraser offers actuation and control valves from Pipeline Actuation & Control, a provider of valves, valve automation equipment and associated pipeline equipment. Pipeline Actuation & Control is able to retro-fit, or supply complete with manufacturers’ own actuator, almost any style of actuator to suit the customer’s requirements.
Pipeline Actuation & Control supplies manually operated, pneumatically operated, electrically operated, gearbox operated or hydraulically operated valves. The company can assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment in an informed manner, taking full account of factors such as availability, compatibility and pricing.
Standard and special valves for liquid and gas control
Pipeline Actuation & Control offers over 3,000 types of standard valves and 20,000 special varieties to control the flow of practically every kind of liquid or gaseous substance encountered in the offshore oil and gas industry. The valves are precision-engineered for trouble-free operation and longer lifecycle, and are backed by fast service and technical advice.
